A good focaccia is more funny than bread and kids like have good funny meal in special occasion or just as a surprise.
Focaccia is a kind of bread that looks like a pizza without tomato or cheese.
Here my own recipe for a good focaccia. I usually make it with gluten free flour, but it’s good also with white flour.
200g flour (plain flour or gluten free flour)
3/4 cup of water
1 tsp of Salt
2 tbsp of olive oil
7g dry yeast
Mix well the dry ingredients: flour and yeast. Add the salt and mix well again.
Then add the water and start to mix with your hands, now add 2 tablespoons of good olive oil. If the dough is too much humid and it sticks on the hands add a little bit of flour, just on the top of it.
Put the dough in a pan and add on the top some olive oil and salt.
Cook in the oven at 230°C for about 15-20 minutes.
Serve warm, it's delicious!
